Regular maintenance is essential to keep your Aillio Bullet R2 running well and lasting long. After every 15-20 roasts, you should clean the drum, clear the chaff collector, and check the sensors.
The cleaning process includes: removing the drum to clean residual coffee, vacuuming the chaff collector, wiping the IBTS sensor with a soft dry cloth, and checking the drum drive belt. Do not use water or cleaning solutions on electronic components.
Every 50-100 roasts, inspect the IBTS sensor and exhaust fan more thoroughly. If temperature readings seem inaccurate, the IBTS may need deeper cleaning. Contact Blagu Vietnam for technical support or replacement parts.
