What is the Bullet R2 Pro?
The Aillio Bullet R2 Pro is an upgraded version of the Bullet R2 coffee roaster featuring an IBTS (Infrared Bean Temperature Sensor) for more accurate bean temperature readings, expanded memory for storing more roast profiles, and USB-C connectivity. Roast capacity from 100g to 1kg per batch.
What voltage does the Bullet use?
The Aillio Bullet R2 comes in two versions: 220V/50Hz (compatible with Vietnamese power) and 110V/60Hz. The version sold in Vietnam is 220V — no power adapter needed. Power consumption is 1.5kW, using a standard outlet.
How does FlowSense work?
FlowSense is Aillio's proprietary airflow sensor system that measures air flowing through the roasting drum. Combined with IBTS and drum temperature sensors, FlowSense helps you precisely control the entire roasting process — from First Crack to Development Time.
What is RoasTime?
RoasTime is Aillio's free software that connects the Bullet to your computer via USB. You can: record all roast data (temperature, time, fan speed, power), compare roasts, download and share profiles with the global roasting community. RoasTime 4 is the latest version.
